Reflect on what you do best—and test if it truly matters
What do you do consistently well, without even trying?
Where do you outperform others, without needing outside help?
What do you do in-house that others typically outsource or struggle with?
Instructions
Start by reflecting. Use the guiding questions to think through what your business does exceptionally well. Don’t overthink or try to get it perfect—just get your thoughts down.
Once you’ve listed your answers, open the toggle for each one and run it through the 4-part filter:
– Is it internal (something you do in-house)?
– Is it repeatable (you can do it again and again)?
– Is it result-generating (it drives real outcomes)?
– Is it hard to copy (not easily replicated by others)?
Delete or revise anything that doesn’t pass all four tests. If it doesn’t check every box, it’s not a true strategic strength.
Focus on the 2–3 strengths that define your strategy

If you're using the Linked Version, your answer will sync into your full strategy doc. If not, use the Standalone Version. Delete the one you’re not using to keep things clean.
