Clean up your list. Keep what’s clear, combine overlaps, and cut anything vague.
Open each toggle and fill in the obstacles and fears.
Example: Obstacle: “No time to delegate.” Fear: “If I step back, things will fall apart.”
Put their goals and blockers into words.
